AT&T prepaid plans on the prepaid guide split the data cap by card. Unlimited, the $25 online-only row, and Unlimited Saver at $35 a month are 30GB a month at a maximum of 3 Mbps, then speeds slowed to a maximum of 1.5 Mbps. Both include unlimited talk and text, and text to 230 or more countries and territories. The guide is marked current as of November 18, 2025. Taxes and fees are extra.

The other three cards

The 12-month card is $240 upfront, which the table prints as $20 a month for 12 months. After 16GB, speeds slow to a maximum of 1.5 Mbps. That card includes calls to Canada and Mexico, plus 10GB of hotspot. Unlimited Enhanced Plus is $45 a month. AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy, and Mexico and Canada are included, with a 25GB a month limit in Canada. Unlimited Ultra is $60 a month of unlimited high-speed data, with international calling to 30 or more countries. India is not named in that country count.

Hotspot after its allotment slows to a maximum of 128 Kbps. That 128 Kbps cap applies to hotspot for the rest of the monthly plan period. The 30GB phone-data line above is a separate cap.

Where the 24.10% goes

Taxes and fees are extra on these advertised prices, so a Massachusetts ZIP can add the 24.10% combined rate. The full 13-brand grid is on US phone plans in Massachusetts. The guide also says a credit check is not required. That split is on getting a US phone plan without an SSN.
